Remy LeBeau was born in New Orleans, LA in the middle of Mardi Gras. He’s been called many names: Le Diable Blanc (“The White Devil”}, Cajun, Gumbo, Swamp Rat, Prince of the Thieves. He was taken in by the Thieves’ Guild and trained to be a thief from an early age. He was adopted by the patriarch of the Thieves’ Guild back home, and technically is the rightful leader. He chose to abdicate his ‘throne,’ finding the X-Men and helping young mutants far more fulfilling. He’s a sexy beast with a thick sexy Cajun accent and he knows it, and is more than a little cocky and self-sure. He is mischievous, and loves to play pranks on people. Especially Logan. *shifty eyes*He loves sleight of hand, and trickery. His mutation is that of charging things that he touches with kinetic energy. He can make a normal playing card explode with the force of a grenade. He has a hypnotic charm in which he can manipulate the kinetic energy in one’s mind to make people believe and do anything he wants them to. He uses this to his advantage. He also has a static interference that prevents telepaths from getting inside of his head. Anyway, he’s a teacher at Xavier’s school, dealing with power control and danger room. Despite his shady past and sometimes irritating demeanor, he’s one of the best friends, and the most loyal, you’ll ever have.



Friends::: These will be plentiful, I imagine, if you can get past his sometimes-abrasive flirtatious, cocky, mischievous manner.

Enemies::: Also plentiful, from his past as a thief. He’s crossed some dangerous people in his time.

Lovers::: He’s been married once before. Really, I love the canon relationship with Rogue.. but that doesn’t mean that he isn’t up for a little flirting. *wink*
