This is first and foremost a school. The Basics
Name: Wade Wilson Codename: Deadpool Type of Character: Canon Species: Mutate Play-by or Voice Actor: Ryan Reynolds Age: approximately 30 - 50, but the exact age is skewed by his healing factor Gender: Male Sexual Preference: Heterosexual Height: 6'2 Weight: 190 lb.
Faction: Neutral School Year: N/A Occupation: Merc With A Mouth
Tough break Scott, doing the school play with pale gloomy and grumpy over there. The Details
Body Type: Wade Wilson is an extremely tall, and muscular, man. His build is compromised almost exclusively of muscle, with almost no actual body fat. This is astounding considering the massive amount of Mexican food, specifically Chimichangas, that he consumes on a regular basis. His brown hair is usually worn fairly short, only JUST a bit longer than a crew cut. Of course, this is usually hidden under his mask.
Wardrobe: When not in uniform, Deadpool usually wears a lot of red and black. It's only natural that he always has his two signature blades strapped to his back. Even if it's inappropriate for the situation, Wilson, absolutely refuses to go anywhere without these two. However, Wade also frequently has his trusty Heckler & Koch Mark 23 pistols strapped onto his belt.
Costume: Wade's uniform is a full ninja-style body suit colored entirely of black and red. The spread of this black and red usually alternates between different sections of his suit while remaining symmetrical. His mask itself is mostly red, with black around the eyes, and a white mesh over the eyes to make them unseeable from the outside. When wearing his uniform, Deadpool is much more heavily armed. Usually carrying several additional types of guns and a small variety of hand-explosives.
Posture: Deadpool has a very difficult time sitting still. If forced to sit down, he'll usually start fiddling with his weapons, but not cleaning them. Instead, he prefers to just observe them. But it seems that when stealth is necessary he can actually remain very still, but only as long as absolutely necessary. Any longer and he looks as if he's about to lose his mind.
Personality: Wade Wilson is considered clinically insane by nearly everyone he meets. This is brought on by his brain cancer that spread throughout the entire organ when he gained his healing factor, causing him to often spout a large amount of nonsense when he speaks. Behind this, though, is a much darker man that has been molded by years of hardship and tragedy.
When his dementia takes over, Wilson often sees things in an almost animated manner. At this point he'll usually being "babbling" about a large number of things which usually include: chimichangas, superheroes that don't exist, pimp hats, and Pinkie Pie. He will also often make pop-culture references to things such as video games and celebrities, on one occasion punching someone with Ken's signature "shoryuken" from Street Fighter. Of course, his sense of humor can also be quite sadistic when he starts to come down from these bouts, or going into one, that much more closely connects to his "mercenary" persona. His jokes by this point will often revolve around killing people, still using humorous phrases but still bordering on the very serious. (ex. I'm gonna shove my "-----" up your "-----" so "-----" that it "---------------------")
Of course, the other side of the coin, his mercenary side is by far the more serious one. When he is challenged, or the situation calls for some sincere serious action, Deadpool will start seeing things in a way more similar to others. However, he now sees thing in an almost hyper-realistic fashion that highlights details. While serving no purpose in allowing him to notice details, it does allow everything to take on an almost horror-movie perspective that reflects the horror that molded his mind to this degree in the first place. He'll still occasionally make a crack at others, but in a manner much more reminiscent to before he went insane, and these are usually an attempt to taunt and get a rise out of others so he has another excuse to fight.
While usually Wade has absolutely killing, he will occasionally hold his blade towards certain cases. The cases are usually women and children, though it's a rather loose definition of these words, specifically he won't kill women and children who can't pose any discernible threat to himself or his clients. Mutants are almost always exception to his morality, with one of the only times he wouldn't kill a mutant child being someone such as leech, but someone such as Lady Deathstrike or Kitty Pryde are still people he would gladly put a bullet in.

So... got any cool powers? Powers and Abilities
Genetic Mutation:
Regenerative Healing Factor: Given to him by Weapon X, derived from Wolverine's own healing factor, this was introduced in order to counteract the man's cancer. However, when it was introduced the mutation immediately kicked his brain cancer into overdrive and began spreading throughout the rest of his brain. Thanks to this, it seems that whenever he is injured the cancer spreads slightly throughout his body each day. When he is injured the wounds heal, almost immediately heals itself. This power allows him to completely regrow lost body parts with the exception of his head which has to be connected manually to the rest of his body.
This healing factor also seems to have stunted his aging process to the point that all aging has ceased at the body's physical prime. Theoretically, the man will live forever, or close to it, based on the extremely high level of performance that his power exhibits. Even if he does reach such an age, though, the cancer will eventually spread to all over his body to create an entirely scarred visage.
Peak Human Strength, Stamina, Agility, Reflexes, and Speed: Deadpool's years of training have allowed his physical performance to reach that of nearly superhuman levels. This easily puts him at more or less beyond that of the finest human athletes.
Weaknesses:
Insanity: A combination of his healing factor and his cancer constantly killing and regenerating brain cells, he becomes highly unstable. This results in him being prone to sudden outbursts of violence without any warning. Partially, this allows him to be aware of his existence as a fictional character.
Annoying: The above mental state causes others to be very annoyed by his presence, often being put at the end of their rope with him. Usually this fact deters other from working with him, even if he is one of the best, if not THE best, in his line of work.
Slow-Growing Deformity: Slowly, the cancer in Wilson's brain seems to be growing and spreading throughout his other body cells. As it reaches his skin it grows callused and scarred, this eventually will be giving him a very grotesque appearance. Currently it only appears on parts of his torso, such as, parts of his pectorals and smaller sections of his abdomen.
Learned Abilities:
Martial Artist: Wilson is an extremely accomplished man in Martial Arts. Trained in a variety of fighting-styles and use of many weapons. His prowess is rivaled by very few, but what seems to be the primary factor in making him such a deadly opponent seems to be more than just skill. Deadpool's unpredictability and seemingly random way of going about a combat situation.
Assassin: Deadpool is highly trained in the arts of stealth and killing. He knows almost every way someone could kill a man, and practices these arts regularly. Stealth and anatomy seem to be favorite skills utilized by this man.
Marksmanship: Possibly his favorite thing to use, excluding his swords of course, are the weapons that involve going bang repeatedly. Dual-Pistols are often his preferred style of battle with these, being a bit of a "cowboy" in his method of shooting, often missing nearly half of the shots coming out of his barrel. However, his sniping skill seems to be far superior, not at Navy SEAL level, but certainly effective.
4th Wall Awareness: At some point, potentially while he lived in an asylum, Wilson managed to become aware of his existence as a fictional character. He often will make reference to this and his writers, though others often attribute this to his insanity. Who knows, maybe he is just insane.
Resources: Twin Katanas, Knives, Sai, Heckler & Koch Mark 23 twin pistols, a variety of other guns of varied type and range, small explosives (mainly combo grenades), whatever money he has depends on how many successfully hits he's taken recently
Education: Deadpool has very little formal education, most of what he learned is related to what he does. As a result, most of what he knows fall under the military training category.
So why not tell them the Truth Charles? The History
Very little is known about Wade Wilson's early life, few records save his birth certificate have even survived. His mother died of cancer when he was still a minor, his father followed quickly, leaving the young man alone in the world. In order to survive, he lied about his age to join the United States Army. Eventually, Wilson was allowed into Special Forces, but only for a brief time before he was kicked out for lying about his age to get into the armed forces in the first place.
In order to survive, the young man became a mercenary, killing people for profit. After a romance turned sour in Morocco, he began operating throughout Asia. His favored country of operations being Japan, where a crime lord named The Boss would frequently hire him to do work. But eventually, there was a hit that The Boss assigned the man to that was just too despicable even for Wilson. Refusing his employer's wishes for the first time ever, he was forced to relocate back in the United States and perform his hits in America.
While in America Wade began a relationship with a mutant named Vanessa Carlysle, and together they dreamed of a better life together. But a failed mission would put the man in danger once again at the hands of Middle Eastern interests. During the time that the two were on the run, Wilson discovered that he had cancer, and broke up with Vanessa to spare her the pain of living with a man destined to die.
But a military organization in Canada, Weapon X, would offer him a chance to have his cancer cured if he offered services to the men. By implanting him with the healing factor of another agent in the organization, Deadpool not only seemed to have the disease arrested, but became one of the deadliest soldiers in the world.
However, the healing factor would prove ineffective in battling the cancer as it would instead cause the tumors to spread throughout his entire brain. The disease would drive the man insane and result in him murdering a teammate on a mission. This immediately ended in the man being committed to an asylum. But the asylum was in fact run by a mad Doctor who tortured his patients.
An end result of the constant physical and mental torture not only made Deadpool's healing factor adapt to become much more powerful, but drove him to extremely high levels of insanity. Eventually, Wilson sprung into action a plan that allowed him to break out of the establishment with a huge number of other committees.
Using his new-found freedom, Wade became a mercenary once more, and proudly hires himself out as "The Merc With A Mouth".

Regarding 4th Wall: While its not my preference, its part of the character and I am fine with that as long as its used for comic relief or exposition. (Read: Don't use it as a basis for allowing your character to know things that he shouldn't know)
Personality: Needs more development. The first paragraph could be expanded into describing his dementia and demonstrating his delusions (and/or sense of humor) and a second paragraph about the darker aspect of him that lets him do the work he does. A third paragraph could be included to detail his values.
I have no other issues with the bio but I do have a question. How do you want him to be worked on the board? I just want to make sure you have a plan for how the character can work into the board currently. While there will be opportunities for him to put in work with others, the current factions might find him limited.

fixed, I just detailed his dementia in another paragraph since it felt a bit wally. Well, I figured he'd probably be a mostly hired-hand of Emma's. Kind of an open contract that still allows him to take hits on anyone else, but not on her students. And later becoming more of a plays all sides type if a brotherhood develops.
