The Details

Body Type: Jullian stands relatively short for a young man but his stance conveys pride with his shoulders staunch and his head up. He wears his dark hair short and neatly trimmed but heavy exercise can cause it to go spiky. His almond-gray eyes are usually displayed preferring to only wear sunglasses on exceptionally bright days. Jullian keeps his body fit with his fun with basketball.

Wardrobe: He wears designer jeans and t-shirts of his favorite basketball team, the Celtics. Jullian prefers the color green, black, or blue for his shirts when not wearing his Celtic shirt. He wears green tinted sunglasses and basketball sneakers in black. He always has on a locket around his neck in solid gold with a green emerald in the form of a 4-Cloverleaf. He also wears his ordered class ring from his private academy even though he didn’t graduate to enroll at Xavier’s.

Posture: Jullian’s mannerism is all about being smug. He will often float to show off his mutant gift, arms crossed over his chest like some mad man. He always has a smile on his face, tending to annoy people. He likes to flex his muscles to show off his physical built.

Personality: ‘He is Magneto without the moral compass.’ Albeit, this was said by someone who didn’t like him very much, to start, its still true. While superficially, Jullian comes off as a vain, arrogant, brat with a superiority complex and the power to back it up; deep down inside he is a proud uber-mutant, who knows he is rich, handsome, and doesn’t understand why the plebs don’t bow down to him and that the harem anime of his life isn’t as easy as it should be. Probably the only thing that keeps Jullian from going totally darkside is that he likes playing the hero. He wants to be adored, and what’s more adorable than a powerful gorgeous hero. So what if the other hostages got accidently impaled to the wall, he did save the pretty busty girl, that’s what’s important!

While Jullian’s favorite sin is certainly Pride, he usually takes it with a ‘healthy’ side dish of Wraith. The slightest bruise to his ego results in pure hatred. The kind of hate that can only be appeased with a blood oath of vengeance against the perpetrator of this abjection. To say that he totally blows it out of proportion is an understatement. Someone dares take the last can of soda from the fridge a few second ahead of him, the fridge is ripped from the wall and thrown through the window into the yard. In his quieter moments, Jullian likes Lust. In fact, it can usually distract him from Wraith, which is good, it also means it takes more for his female adversaries to enrage him.

It’s an open question what is Jullian’s goals in life are. For the most part he seems to just want to enjoy the advantage of being rich and powerful. Displaying his wealth and power at will as well as enjoying himself. And you can be sure that he will pleasure himself. However, in his most reflective moments, Jullian admits to a desire for greater control. His inability to use his powers on small things annoys him to no end. It’s like that pimple on the side of the nose, annoying and ever present.

Jullian’s greatest joy was the birth of his daughter. He cares for her greatly and refers to her as his little princess. She is often at the Keller mansion, in his newly refurbed private residence and cared for by his first girlfriend, and long time friend, Erika.

Powers and Abilities

Genetic Mutation:

• Flight: Jullian is able to achieve telekinetic flight with his powers. Able to travel at 65 mph, Jullian can also float suspended above the ground while using his flight ability. This is the first aspect of his powers Jullian really developed and as such is the only aspect of his power set that he controls purely mentally.
  
  
• Telekinesis: Jullian is able to move things with his mind. At this point in his life, he can under normal conditions lift a standard size car and move it across a football field (100 yards) either slowly or thrown. If enraged, he can exceed this by a minor measure picking up slightly heavier things (like a van, semi-trucks and tanks, no). Once his body hits his prime, he can exceed this limitation entirely but this is years away. He activates this power by moving his hand in a lifting, carrying, or throwing movement.
  
  
• TK Bolts: Jullian can form ‘hardened’ bolts of telekinetic energy that can rip into a target. They have the equilivent force potential of .38 caliber bullets but he generally keeps them at non-lethal levels causing bruises and concussions. Jullian activates this power by making a punching motion, but controls the impact strength with his mind.
  
  
• TK Forcefield: Jullian can create a forcefield of telekinetic energy that can resist up to 250 pounds of pressure per square inch. The shield can resist small caliber weapons, rifle shots, and sharpanel for 15 seconds. This ability is activated by Jullian displaying the stop hand motion but forms spherically around him. This means he can not use his offensive abilities while shielding. It also means he has to know the attack is coming.
  
  
• Telekinetic constructs: Jullian can form hard-energy constructs no more than 6 inches from his skin surface. These constructs come in the red color spectrum and is usually used to form melee weapons or wings if he wants to be cute. Inexplicably, these constructs shatter if struck with something that’s blue.
  

Weaknesses:

• Large object affinity: Jullian thinks big and his primary use of his power is on big things. However, this has a slight flaw... small things can be... over charged. Simply put, Jullian applies instinctively the same amount of force necessary to toss a boulder to pick up a glass of water. Results are predictable, items are crushed, embedded in walls, or just total destructive bedlam on bad days. To be clear, Jullian is powerful, aggressive, and dominating, but short on finesse, imagination, or delicateness.
  
• Equalibrium: Jullian controls his powers with his equilibrium, albeit subconsciously. As such anything that can disrupt his equilibrium, disrupts his powers from alcohol or concussive forces.
  
• Second level control: He controls his ability primarily through his hands and therefore if his hands are bound or otherwise restrained, he is unable to use his powers effectively.

Learned Abilities:

• Braggarty: While few would consider this a skill, if it was, Jullian would excel at it.
  
  
• Basketball: Before leaving the standard education system, Jullian was being scouted for college basketball scholarship, as if he needed it. He might not be good, or tall, enough to play Pro but doesn’t stop him from thinking he is.
  
  
• History buff: Jullian has a fetish for historical information and can name all the presidents in order, British and French monarchs.

Resources: His trust fund, at least three cars, a developmental center in his family mansion, his family mansion.

Education: Jullian has graduated from his prep school and is currently studying business law at college. He is strong in History but weak in science.

The History

Born to a nice old money family in Westchester area, Jullian Keller grew up with a silver spoon so to speak. A world of personal tutors through his youth gave Jullian a rounded education until he enrolled in a private institution where he discovered his love of basketball. Jullian has a heightened sense of self worth as result of all this, past the point of pride into hubris.

Jullian discovered his powers around the age of 15, it wasn’t hard for his parents to notice the changes. Jullian always thought big and bad. As a result, minor uses of his powers resulted in pure bedlam. He had a hard time convincing his parents that he wasn’t a menace and they wanted to keep his abilities under wraps for their own appearance as well as the safety of their son.

As Jullian refused to not experiment with his powers, things came to a head. Jullian built a training center in the Keller mansion for himself to practice his powers with. His parents protested, but relented. He could train in secret but not allowed to use his powers publically until he was 18. They would remain, publically, his ‘dirty’ secret. If he broke that pledge, outside of preservation, he was out of his inheritance.

Jullian has reached the age of 18 and is no longer bound by this promise. He has graduated school and is attending college. However in his senior year Jullian had a slight misadventure. During spring break, Jullian met a girl from Canada who he ‘played his game’ with. Sometime around November, he discovered that he got her pregnant with his child which she bore. Seeking her and the baby out, he found the mother stoned out and living with some jerk off loser. He took the baby and left the place. With an army of lawyers to his defense, Jullian took baby Juliet ‘Groot’ Keller back to his ancestral home and made her his little princess.
